Hiring near-shore from Central America (our most frequent candidate base) offers savings of 60-65% versus an equivalent hire in the US.

Will this add complexity?

We expect our platform to reduce complexity. You simply tell us what role you want to fill, what skills, experience, and level of seniority you need, and provide a budget.

You will receive a shortlist of qualified candidates that includes videos, assessments, scores, and other data.

And after you've added your team member to your company, we send you monthly invoices and handle the rest.

We have our own interview and hiring guidelines - can we use these?

Yes! We provide data, videos, scores, work history, skills, and assessments so that you can easily identify qualified candidates. If you need additional information we are happy to facilitate.

How are payments and invoices handled?

Reviewing candidate data and content is free. You only begin to pay after you've entered into a contract with Simera. We send you a monthly invoice and handle payments to your worker. The invoice includes both the data fee and admin fee.

What if I need to find a replacement?

The candidate date you will have access ensures that you will find and choose a great fit. However, if you find that you need to replace someone, simply let us know and you'll find options in your account. For details, you can ask us or refer to your agreement.
